PURPOSE:To immediately correct the improper words/phrases into proper ones by warning acoustically or optically the input of described improper words/ phrases. CONSTITUTION:When the character information is inputted from a keyboard 2, a CPU 6 displays the character information at a display part 3 in accordance with the control procedure of a ROM 7. Then the character information inputted from the keyboard 2 is stored in a RAM 8. In a register mode where a register key 2a of the keyboard 2 is pushed, a flag bit is set up at the position corresponding to the character information to be registered. Then an alarm is produced from a warning part 5 when it is detected that the improper character information is supplied based on the flag bit.
