PURPOSE:To improve the arithmetic processing reliability by masking the abnormal one of input data and carrying out the arithmetic processing excluding the masked data. CONSTITUTION:A display device 5 consists of a graph display part 6 and a status display part 7. A RAM 10 stores various programs and a CPU 11 controls various arithmetic operations and other blocks based on these programs. A RAM 12 contains a variable number memory group 13, an array memory group 14 and a general-purpose RAM 15. The abnormal ones of input data are masked by key input devices 3 and 4. The CPU 11 carries out the arithmetic processing excluding those masked data and the arithmetic results are displayed at the part 6.
