PURPOSE:To prevent the fluttering of a canvas due to the floating-up of a rear hood frame by regulating the upward shift of a link member for connecting the front and rear hood frames in the case when the canvas is closed, by the engagement part of a slider guided by a guide rail. CONSTITUTION:The side edge parts of a pair of front and rear hood frames 31 and 32 are connected by installing the both edges of a link member 28 onto the link brackets 43 and 45. When a canvas 2 is pulled in the opening direction by a cable 9, the link bracket 43 shifts, guided by a guide rail 5, and the link bracket 45 floats up. Therefore, the canvas can be folded into bellows form. Since the link member 28 is engaged with the pin 44c of a slider 44 in the state where the canvas 2 is closed, the rising-up of the link member 28 is regulated. Therefore, the floating-up of the link bracket 45, i.e. rear hood frame 32 during the traveling of a car is prevented, and the fluttering of the canvas 2 can be prevented.
