PURPOSE:To make clear a cause of the occurrence of state dissidence quickly and clearly by storing input/output history relating to a field equipment into both a master station equipment and a slave equipment and allowing the master station equipment to collate both the input/output histories as required. CONSTITUTION:The field equipment 3 connected from the master station equip ment 1 to the slave station equipment 2 is subject to on/off control, the input/ output history of the state information of the field installation 3 and the control information are stored respectively in the storage means 4 and 5 provided to both master station device 1 and the slave station device 2. When the state of the the field equipment 3 is not normal, a history collation means 6 provided to the master station equipment 1 acquires the input/output history of the slave station equipment 2 as required to collate it with the input/output history of the master station equipment 1. Thus, the cause of the occurrence of the state of the field equipment 3 is checked by the master station equipment 1.
