PURPOSE:To protect a front spoiler with an under cover when it is not operated and prevent damage to its front face by providing said front spoiler movably between its operating position below a front bumper and non-operating position inside a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:When a control circuit judged that a front spoiler 4 be rendered in a non-operating condition, a motor 11 is reversed to rotate a worm wheel 13 counterclockwise, a link 6 is lifted up while being swung counterclockwise centering around a vehicle 1 side supporting point via a link 5, the lower edge part 4d of the front spoiler 4 is brought into contact with the lower edge part of a bumper 2, sopping the lift up of a coupling body 5, to set the front spoiler 4 in a non-operating position P2. In this case, since the coupling body 5 is lifted up while being slightly moved, the front spoiler 4 is housed inside a vehicle body 1 while being slightly moved to the rearward of the coupling body 5 in the body 1, while the front spoiler 4 is protected by an under cover 3. Furthermore, since the cover 3 horizontally covers the front side bottom face of the vehicle body 1, aerodynamic drag performance can be increased.
