CONSTITUTION:An internal latent image type sensitive material for direct positive and a negative type sensitive material are developed with a common developing soln. in an automatic developing apparatus capable of controlling uniform exposure so that uniform exposure is carried out only when the internal latent image type sensitive material is introduced into a development tank 7. Since the developing soln. contains polyalkyleneimine or alkanolamine, the oxidation coloring of a color developing agent is inhibited, the production of a component having absorption at a specified wavelength can be prevented to ensure broad absorption and a color change due to secondary reversal exposure can be reduced.
