PURPOSE:To prevent the erroneous replacement, etc., of stored data by storing the input data and then protecting them as necessary. CONSTITUTION:A display device 5 consists of a graph display part 6 and a status display part 7. A ROM 10 stores various programs and a CPU 11 controls various arithmetic operations and other blocks based on these programs. A RAM 12 is constituted of a variable number memory group 13, an array memory group 14 and a general-purpose RAM 15. The data supplied from key input devices 3 and 4 are stored in the RAM 12 and then displayed at the part 6. Then the desired one of those displayed data is designated and protected by inhibiting the change and reinput of this data.
