发明名称 BASE MATERIAL FOR THERMAL TRANSFER INK FILM
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve heat resistance, heat diffusibility and a heat radiation property utilized in a printer, by forming a base material for a thermal transfer ink film from an electron conjugate type aromatic polymer having specific physical characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A base material for a thermal transfer ink film is obtained by forming an electron conjugate type aromatic polymer having heat diffusivity of 0.01cm<2>/sec or more at 20 deg.C, which is prepared by polymerizing a monomer selected from pyrrole, thiophene, furan, benzene or a derivative thereof, into a membrane. When this base material for the thermal transfer ink film is used, since the electron conjugate type aromatic polymer has good heat resistance of 300-600 deg.C, printing at a higher temp. becomes possible. As an embodiment of the electron conjugate type aromatic polymer, there are a heterocyclic 5-membered compound such as polypyrrole, polythiophene or polyfuran and a derivative thereof.
