PURPOSE:To adjust surely a mixing ratio of a main component and a hardner and to attempt to obtain a stable supply, by providing specific pumps and flow meters between tanks for the main component and the hardner and a mixer of these two components. CONSTITUTION:Actual flow quantities of a main component 14 and a hardner 15 are always watched by means of flow meters 22 and 22 by placing vol. type rotative pump 19 and 20 and flow meters 22 and 23 respectively between a main component tank 17 and a hardner tank 18 and a mixer 16. By consituting each each supplying pump 19 and 20 with a vol. type rotative pump, no fluctuation occurs in the extruded flow quantity and the actual flow quantities between each pump 19 and 20 and the mixer 16 can be surely detected by means of the flow meters 22 and 22. When deviation occurs in the mixing ratio, the rotating speed of the main component pump 19 or the hardner pump 20 is changed by operating a speed changing mechanism 24 to adjust the extrusion output and to return the mixing ratio to a constant ratio.
