PURPOSE:To reduce the mutual effect of acoustic wave on both parts by providing a recessed part between electrodes of a VIF part and a SIF part provided on one and same substrate and then coating a reflection absorbing agent on the recessed part with respect to the titled device used for a television receiver or the like. CONSTITUTION:Comb-shaped input and output electrodes 12a, 13a of the VIF part are arranged on the piezoelectric substrate 11 and further, comb-shaped input and output electrodes 12b, 13b of the SIF part are arranged. In this case, the recessed part 16 is provided between the electrodes of the VIF and SIF parts. Furthermore, a leadout electrode 14 of each input electrode is used in common by connecting them by an aluminum wire 17 by means of wire bonding. Then the reflection absorbing agent 15 for suppressing the rear end reflection is coated. In this case, the reflection absorbing agent 15 is coated on the recessed part 16. Through the constitution above, the mutual effect on the SIF and VIF parts sectioned by the recessed part 16 is suppressed.
