PURPOSE:To link operating areas of both of an AD and DA converters and arithmetic circuit with each other so as to make effective signal processing, by performing operation processing on digital signal outputted from the AD converter and inputting the operation-processed output to the DA converter. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic circuit 4 reads digital signals from each AD converter 2 in the reading time area r1-rn of each time slot TS1-TSn and performs prescribed arithmetic processing on the digital signals under the control of a sequence circuit 8. Moreover, the circuit 4 writes digital signals in each DA converter 3 in the writing time area w1-wn of each time slot TS1-TSn. Therefore, each converter 2 completes the execution of AD converting processes before the next reading time areas r1-rn are reached after the corresponding reading time areas r1-rn are completed, and each DA converter 3 completes the DA-converting processes before the next writing time areas w1-wn are reached after the corresponding writing time areas w1-wn are terminated.
