PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of receiving image information through a telephone line again by providing a control means to register the image information accumulated temporarily into an image memory. CONSTITUTION:The received image information is temporarily accumulated into an image memory 21 by a first control means 22 and displayed at a display part 2. Thereafter, a user judges whether or not the image information should be registered to a terminal 1, and when it should be registered, instructs the registration from a key pad 3. By the instruction of registration from the key pad 3, the image information accumulated temporarily by a second control means 23 of a microprocessor circuit 19 is registered into the image memory 21 as the accumulating image information. According to such a constitution, without receiving the image information received once through the telephone line again, the image information can be accumulated to the terminal with a simple constitution.
