摘要

The invention provides an alpha -amylase-pullulanase enzyme of a new type produced by Clostridium thermohydrosulfuricum bacterium and a method for the production of the soluble enzyme by culturing a Clostridium thermohydrosulfuricum strain. The invention further provides a method for the production of maltose and maltotriose from starch by using the enzyme.
