PURPOSE:To attain automatic callback connection even at the time of no response by applying callback connection between a caller and a called party according to contents of a connection information memory when call restoration information is written in a call restoration supervisory memory. CONSTITUTION:A non-response supervisory timer 10 is started in a processor if a called party does not reply a call and when its count exceeds a set reference of a reference memory 12, caller storing location and called party storing information are stored in the connection information memory 11. Then the content of a called party call restoration supervisory memory 13 is checked. When an extension B makes call connection with an extension C and is restored, since its information is written in a memory 13, the automatic callback function is started and a call signal RG is sent to the caller extension A. When the extension A responds, the signal RG is sent to the extension B. The communication between the extension A, B is attained by the response of the extension B. Thus, the automatic callback connection is attained even at no response and without dialing of a special number by the caller.
