PURPOSE:To allow even a thick member to be developed to easily pass, by providing introducing rolls, whose frictional force to the member to be developed is strong, on sides of end parts of a pressure roll. CONSTITUTION:A pressure roll 1 is made from materials having high rigidity such as a steel material and has the surface smoothness so that pressure is uniformly applied, and introducing rolls 10 made from materials superior in elasticity and of high friction coefficient such as a synthetic resin are provided in both ends of the pressure roll 1. That is, introducing rolls 10 are attached to both ends of the pressure roll 1, which is supported by a supporting side plate 3, slidably in directions of arrows A and A1, and the roll 1 in one end is engaged in the direction of the arrow A1 (the roll 1 in the other is energized in the direction of the arrow A) with the relatively weak force by a spring 11, and the outside diameter of the introducing roll 10 is set to a value 1.05-1.3 times as large as the outside diameter of the pressure roll 1. The section of parts, where introducing rolls 10 are slidably supported, of the pressure roll 1 is square, and introducing rolls 10 are driven in accordance with rotation of the pressure roll 1.
