PURPOSE:To make even such paper as difference in size possible to be neatly stacked and also easily removed from the top of a tray, by setting up a paper pressing device which trues up the rear edges of sheets of paper discharged onto the movable bottom plate installed in the tray and stacks the paper in pile. CONSTITUTION:The discharged paper 43 drops on a tray with gravity, but it is pressed by a paper presser 58 so that it stops on an upper part of the dropping tray 52. And, the paper 43 discharged in succession is roughly trued up of the rear edges by the paper presser 58 and stacked on the tray 52. And, when a small-sized sheets of paper 43 are stacked on the tray, sometimes there is such a case that operator's hand fails to reach the stacked paper 43 because a copying machine is much too large. In this case, if a handle 57 is pulls to yourself, these sheets can be pulled nearer at hand in keeping the paper 43 mounted on a mylar sheet 54 intact, thus the discharged paper 43 is easily receivable. And, if letting go his hold after removing the paper 43 from the top of the sheet 54, this sheet 54 is naturally restored to its original state at time of being housed by dint of a spring 55.
