PURPOSE:To provide a medial preparation produced by compounding a physiologically active substance into a pressure-sensitive adhesive containing pullulan, applicable to the skin without causing rush of the skin, having excellent retainability, slowly releasing property and skin-permeability of the physiologically active substance and capable of giving an excellent drug. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed amounts of a physiologically active substance is mixed into a pullulan-containing pressure-sensitive adhesive agent, e.g. a pressure-sensitive adhesive agent produced by mixing 5pts.wt. of pullulan with 2-7pts.wt. of a tackifying agent and a plasticizing agent (e.g. glycerol, lecithin, etc.), 3-25pts.wt. of a diluent and a viscosity modifier (e.g. glucose, dextrin, etc.) and 0.03-0.6pts.wt. of a cohesive force improving agent (e.g. CMC, sodium alginate, etc.). When the physiologically active substance is an oil-soluble substance, it can be stably dispersed by compounding the substance in the form of a clathrate compound with cyclodextrin or after encapsulating in microcapsules.
