A scavenging pump device for internal combustion engines, characterized by the presence, in each inlet and/or exhaust pipe section corresponding to a cylinder, of a mini-turbine (5) integral with a common shaft (4), linked externally either to a turbine drive (6) situated inside an exhaust gas recovery unit (3) or by means of a gear or pulley (8), driven by either the camshaft (7) or crankshaft.
