PURPOSE:To attain automatic traveling along a required guiding line even when a moving vehicle is passing a line part such as a crossing point where plural guiding lines intersect with each other by providing the titled equipment with a means for indicating the required guiding line when a travel control sensor detects plural guiding lines. CONSTITUTION:Optical communication equipments 11, 12 each of which consists of a transmitter (a) and a receiver (b) are set up on the moving vehicle side and the station side respectively so that destination data or information indicating whether the traveling vehicle passes the crossing point (CR) along the guiding line La or Lb combined/ branched at the crossing point (CR) is transmitted from the station side to the moving vehicle side and information such as station arrival data can be transmitted from the moving vehicle side to the station side, the optical communication equipment 11 on the moving vehicle side is connected to a host controller 5 and the optical communication equipment 12 on the station side is connected to a central control device B on the earth side respectively. Consequently, the moving vehicle can be automatically traveled based on information inputted to a central controller or previously stored information, etc.
