PURPOSE:To enable the effective use of a space by arranging a gas station on the 1st story, an office and a store on the 2nd story and above, a parking lot in the basement and an oil reservoir connected to the gas station in the 2nd basement. CONSTITUTION:Upper floors 2 including the 2nd story and above from the ground is used as an office, a store, a house and the like, and a gas station 4 is provided on the 1st story 3. A parking lot 6 is provided in the basement 5 and a tank room 8 in the 2nd basement 7. An oil filling pipe 14 from an oil reservoir 13 in the tank room 8 is led through the floor 5a of the basement 5 and risen along the wall 5b thereof. Then, the pipe 14 is connected to an oil feeder 10 via the floor 3a of the 1st story 3. An oil filling pipe 16 to the oil reservoir 13 is similarly led from an oil filling port 16. According to the aforesaid constitution, a gas station can be housed in a high building and an area for the gas station can be used effectively.
