PURPOSE:To provide an additional burning apparatus which does not change in its additional burning capability for a change in the flow rate of circulating water due to the piping condition by providing in a bypass pipe which connects an additional burning heat exchanger between a going pipe for room heating and a return pipe for room heating a valve which opens and closes by detecting the discharge pressure and suction pressure of a pump for additional burning which circulates the bath tub water. CONSTITUTION:A bypass pipe 16 on the inlet side of an additional burning heat exchanger 7 is provided with a valve 8. The heat exchanger 7 is provided by shortcircuiting the intermediate points in a going pipe 14 to and return pipe 15 from room heating. The valve 8 opens or closes by detecting the discharge pressure or suction pressure of the additional burning pump 10. How water flows as shown by the arrow mark. The degree of opening of the valve 8 provided in the bypass pipe 16 is determined by the discharge pressure of the additional burning pump which corresponds to the passage resistance (length of piping, etc.) between the main body 18 of a room heating heat source and a bath tub 13, and the flow rate of the circulating water corresponding to the degree of opening is given to the additional burning heat exchanger 7. Because the valve 8 changes its degree of opening in response to the resistance in a circulation passage 17 between the main body 17 of the room heating heat source and the bath tub 13, and the flow rate to the bypass pipe 16 is variable even if the flow rate in the circulation water to the bath tube changes, the heat exchanging capability of the additional burning heat exchanger can be kept constant. |
