<p>PURPOSE:To prevent air from being mixed in working oil, by providing a means which communicates an air chamber, partitioned by means of a partition wall, with a proper position above the level of the working oil. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 21, having a given length and open ends on both sides, is situated in a proper position above a level OL of working oil 5 in a manner to extend through a partition wall 17, and air is caused to flow between two chambers 18 and 19 through the pipe 21. In this constitution, when a working oil tank 6 itself is inclined at some angle, the level of working oil in the lower chamber is raised. The raising of the oil level results in shut off of the flow of air through the pipe 21 between the lower and the upper chamber. When the working oil tank is further inclined, since inclination of the oil level in each of the chambers 18 and 19 is limited, lowering of the oil level in the upper chamber is decreased, and a suction pipe 11 and a return pipe 10 are prevented from exposure from the oil level. This constitution enables prevention of suction of air and mixture of air in the working oil.</p> |
