PURPOSE:To separate isotope of high product-purity by providing a means to remove impure ions already contained in a stage before leading uranium vapor flow into an isotope collecting device. CONSTITUTION:Between a vapor forming device 11 and an isotope collecting device 12, a vapor flow passage 13 for uranium vapor flow 5 flowing radially from a container 2 is provided, and a given electric field is formed in said vapor flow passage 13, in which a filter electrode 14 is provided to remove charged particles. As a result, impure ions and thermions generated by irradiation of electron beams 4 and mixed into the uranium vapor flow 5 can be removed in the filter electrode 14 beforehand, and the separation coefficient of isotope of the whole device is improved to efficiently obtain isotope of high product-purity.
