PURPOSE:To improve fitting operability and nonskid performance by providing multiple radial arms on a boss section formed into a discontinuous annular body expandable to be fitted to a wheel and bending the tip of each arm from the middle so as to cover the tire outer periphery. CONSTITUTION:The attachment 30 of a fitting device 28 is pushed into the inner periphery of the rim section 64 of a wheel 60 and fitted to the wheel 60. Next, the boss section 18 of a device main body 16 is coupled with the attachment 30, with the rectangular ring 84 and hook section 82 of a buckle 88 disengaged. In this case, two arm sections 20 pinching a disengaging section 80 are located so as to pinch the tire grounding section. Then, an end ring 36 is fitted and fixed by leveling a lever 54. After a wheel 58 is slightly rotated and the position of the arm section 20 is correctly adjusted, a buckle 88 is connected. Thereby, the arm section 20 is located so as to cover the tire outer periphery and exerts the nonskid function. According to this constitution, fitting is facilitated.
