PURPOSE:To provide a device having much penetrating liquid (flux) by providing openings at the central section and both ends of a filter plate and flowing stock solution from the central section to both ends or from both ends to the central section. CONSTITUTION:Two central openings 15, 15 at the central section, two upper openings 16, 16 and two lower openings 17, 17 are opened on a base 6b, and the edges of said openings are supported with a ring component 18 with a filter membrane 9 lying therebetween. On a partition 5a parting a first block I and a second block II and also parting a third block III and a fourth block IV, upper relay openings and lower relay openings are opened in the positions corresponding to the upper openings 16, 16 and the lower openings 17, 17 provided at both ends of the filter plate 6, while a central section relay openings are provided in the positions corresponding to the central section openings 15, 15 of the filter plate 6 on a partition 5b parting the second block II and the third block III. By said arrangement, flow distance of stock solution can be shortened to half as much, and a device having much flux can be provided.
