PURPOSE:To improve the easiness of operation a great deal and simplify the construction very much by providing a first heating condition setting means which makes it possible to set a first heating condition at a heating condition setting section and a second heating condition setting means which makes it possible to set a second heating condition at a heating condition setting section. CONSTITUTION:At one end of a rotating shaft 13 an insulated rotating plate 14 is fixed and on this rotating plate electricity conductive sliding brushes 15a, 15b, and 15c are fixed which slide over each of the central electricity conductive section 12a, outside electricity conductive section 12b, and inside electricity conductive section 12c of a pattern 11. When a rotation operation section is moved in one direction for initial rotational movement a first heating condition (for instance, heating time) becomes settable, and after this when the rotation operation section is rotated in one direction in the reverse direction, the first condition is increased or decreased and set. When the rotation operation section is moved in the reverse direction for initial rotational movement, a second heating condition (or instance, heating temperature) becomes settable, and after this when the rotation operation section is rotated in one direction in the reverse direction, the second heating condition is increased or decreased and set.
