PURPOSE:To achieve perfect atomization without generating a liquid sump, in spot spray work by a two-fluid spray nozzle, by once storing the liquid emitted from the nozzle in a spot form in the inlet part of a gas nozzle orifice and supplying gas to said inlet part within a short time. CONSTITUTION:A pressurized liquid PL is supplied in a gun under pressure of 1kg/cm<2> and, when a valve 3 is opened, the liquid passes through a nozzle orifice 5H to be emitted as a liquid droplet PL1 from a nozzle 5. This liquid droplet once falls in the gas injection chamber 8 within a gas nozzle 7 and is stored in the state caught by the inlet part of the gas nozzle orifice 7H positioned directly under the liquid nozzle orifice 5H. Immediately after, when compressed air CA of 1-3kg/cm<2> is sent in the gas nozzle 7 within 2-3msec, said compressed air CA is injected into the atmosphere from the gas nozzle orifice 7H while carrying a liquid droplet DL2 to spray the same in a mist form and a desired dot pattern is formed.
