PURPOSE:To obtain a good oval spray pattern without using a compressed air source or a core, by providing an orifice part to a nozzle body on the downstream side of the liquid inflow passage of said main body and forming a gas- liquid mixing chamber having an open air inducing suction orifice opened thereto on the downstream side of said orifice part. CONSTITUTION:In the fluid nozzle used in a continuous casting method, the liquid passing through an orifice part 6 from a liquid hole 5 generates negative pressure with respect to atmospheric pressure in the first mixing chamber 7 and communicates with the atmosphere side to induce the atmosphere into the mixing chamber 7 from the inducing suction hole 9 opened to atmospheric pressure to be mixed with the atmosphere. By this mixing action and the turblent flow generated by spreading the liquid squeezed by the orifice part 6 into the mixing chamber 7, an angle of injection is increased. At this time, when the inducing suction ports 9 are arranged at positions symmetric to the symmetric axis of a jet orifice 10, a spray pattern also becomes symmetric with respect to the symmetric axis of the jet orifice 10.
