PURPOSE:To prevent cooking from being continued without conducting auxiliary operations by providing a holding means which holds detected values of a weight sensor right before interruption of heating and a prohibition means which detects whether or not there is a variation in the detected value held by the holding means for the detected value of the weight sensor after interruption of heating and prohibits the operation of a heating means when there is no variation above-mentioned. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 11 has a function as a holding means to hold the detected value of a weight sensor 10 right before interruption of heating in the course of cooking, interrupting heating and conducting auxiliary operations such as turning over a food to be cooked or adding an additive and so on, and a function as a prohibition means which detects after interruption of heating whether or not there is a variation of the detected value of the weight sensor 10 from the held value and prohibits the operation of the heating means when there is no variation. When the turning-over operation or the additive addition operation should be done and none of these operation are done, the cooking sequence in operation is stopped and re-operation of a heating device 9 for the next cooking stage is prohibited by the microcomputer 11. Accordingly, it is prohibited that the cooking is continued without conducting the auxiliary operations.
