PURPOSE:To prevent a dangerous condition by a method wherein a use pattern is observed by a starting signal, the maximum value is compared with an initial value, a smaller value is reset as a proper use condition, and when an abnormal condition is generated during a pattern measuring work, the measuring work is interrupted, and a remeasuring is performed at a returning time of a cutoff means. CONSTITUTION:A starting signal is applied to a timer 13, a counting operation is started, and then a gas use pattern is measured by the operation of a use condition memory means 15, a measured value is revised, and a final data is sent from a proper use condition varying means 16 to a setting part 12 simultaneously with a completion of operation of the timer. In the gas proper use condition setting part 12, the initial condition and the final data are compared to set newly a proper using condition. Subsequently, in the abnormal condition discriminating part 9, the new setting condition and the signal from the using condition sensing part 6 are compared with each other and when it exceeds the condition, a cutoff means 4 is operated. If during the timer counting operation, an abnormal condition is observed in the use of gas, the cutoff means is closed, the timer 13 is made clear and then operation of a memory means 15 is stopped. When a cutoff means returning signal is inputted, the counting operation is stared from the beginning and the use pattern is remeasured. |
