Alloy with austenitic phase containing carbon, chromium, silicon, manganese, aluminum, balance nickel or iron, characterized in that it has the following chemical composition (in weight percent) : see diagramm : EP0169119,P9,F1 balance nickel or iron ; with the proviso that the nickel content be always at least equal to 40 % of the total composition.
