A measuring arrangement for measuring and displaying the pro rata quantities of heat dissipated by the heaters in a prescribed number of flats of a building or a block of flats has for each of a prescribed number of heaters of a flat at least one heater temperature sensor in the form of at least one temperature-dependent resistor. All the temperature-dependent resistors in a respective flat are connected in series in order to form an output signal which is dependent on the heater temperatures. At least two measuring circuits having a series connection of the temperature-dependent resistors are provided for each flat. The measuring device has, in addition, switching means which respectively connect a constant-current source, serving to supply power, onto the respectively associated measuring circuits of a flat in a sequential fashion. These switching means are actuated by a central measuring and control device, with the aid of which in addition the share of the quantity of heat which is actually consumed in each flat is calculated and is digitally displayed on a downstream central display device for each individual flat and overall for the entire block of flats. For the purpose of obtaining the display signals, use is made of a microprocessor which also processes the reference signals of a reference circuit. <IMAGE>
