<p>The bottom part (7) of the snap closure, which extends from one side of the grip tab (1), by which the closure is raised from the container, to the other side of the tab, is provided with numerous breakage points (9). Said region (7) fulfils thereby the function of a guarantee strip. The breakage points (9) extend as wedge-shaped cut-outs from its inner wall (10) up to its outer wall (11). The guarantee strip forms an integral part of the closure element. In order to render the region (7) somewhat more resistant for machine application on to the container, it is provided with projections (12), which are also spaced around the periphery and are integrally connected both to said region and to the closure element.</p> |
