In intestinal disorders caused by cancer or disorders of the sphincter muscle and the like, the natural intestinal outlet has had to be displaced to the outside of the body by a surgical intervention and the intestinal contents have had to be collected with a container. This need to carry a container for the intestinal contents always signified an impairment of mobility and sometimes restricted participation in normal life. A surgical intervention in which the mechanical artificial intestinal outlet is implanted in the natural body part replaces a natural intestinal outlet and hence represents a facilitation and an improvement as compared to the conventional artificial intestinal outlet.
