<p>A component (1, 2, 3 and 4) with a U-shaped profile makes up a unit with its two vertical parts formed by two plates (2 and 3). A hollow cylinder (1) lying along the axis of the vertical part (2) receives a lock (12) fitted with a vertical bolt (19), a nipple (24) supporting the point (14) equipped with a spring (13) and with a flat pin (16) including a female recess (16B). At the base of the U (the junction of the two plates (2 and 3)) a linking strut (4) is used is for attachment to the end of a flexible cord (6) with a variable length sufficient for threading through the eye (7) of a fixed support (8). At the other end of the flexible cord (6), a joining piece (9) with a male neck (17) can be introduced into the apertures (10 and 11) of the cylinder (1) and the reinforcement. By exerting a force on the lock (12) opposing that of the spring (13), the point (14) passes through the article (5) to be protected and is lodged in the cavity (15). The mobile bolt (19) abuts on the flat part of the recess in the hollow (20) jamming the joining piece (9) of the flexible cord (6) thanks to the female recess (16B) of the flat pin (16) of the lock (12).
