<p>PURPOSE:To maintain prescribed dust collecting rate, desulfurizing rate, and purity of gypsum even if a load of a boiler, etc. is fluctuated, by controlling an operation of an electrostatic precipitator so as to make an allowable dust concentration, calculated from the detected value of SO2 concentration at the exit of the precipitator, coincide with a dust concentration at the exit of the precipitator. CONSTITUTION:A dust concentration and an SO2 concentration at the exit of an electrostatic precipitator (EP) 2, provided onto the upstream side of a wet- type desulfurizing device, are detected by detectors 31 and 32 respectively. An allowable dust concentration at the exit of the EP2 is calculated by a calculator 33 basing on the detected value of SO2 concentration to maintain a purity of gypsum formed at the wet-type desulfurizing device to a prescribed value. The operation of the EP2 is controlled through a V-i controller 34, an SCA controller 35, and a hammering mill controller 36 of the EP so as to make the detected dust concentration at the exit of the EP coincide with the allowable dust concentration at the exit of the EP, calculated by comparing said calculated by value with the detected dust concentration at the exit of the EP and correcting the result by a load signal of a boiler.</p> |
