<p>PURPOSE:To enable the title equipment to operate continuously by improving thermal efficiency, by a method wherein an outer furnace is on the inner bottom made of firebricks, an inner furnace is formed in the vicinity of the inner bottom of a pyrolysis furnace, a material is entered into the pyrolysis furnace by a pressing-in jack, led to a cooling tank, dissolved into oil and gas and two of the same equipments are connected with each other. CONSTITUTION:The tip of a material pressing-in pipe 4 entered into a pyrolysis furnace 5 is made into an opening and closing valve, through which gas is prevented from flowing backward. A flame is entered into an outer furnace 16 through a burner 14 for the outer furnace and the flame is entered into an inner furnace 15 through a burner 14 for the inner furnace. Gas developed by the heating and vaporation is filtered by ascending and passing through a filter 9, entered into a cooling tank 7 by passing through an introduction pipe 6 of decomposed gas and a liquefied product is entered into a lower oil tank 8. Although unliquefied gas is on the upper part of the oil tank 8, the gas is used as auxiliary fuel at a fuel hole of a burner by connecting the upper part of the oil tank 8 with the fuel hole of the burner. As the two equipment are connected with each other, residues are taken out by stopping one of the two equipments and operation is continued without rest by making use of the other one equipment. As heat is given inside by heating a blade, thermal efficiency is improved.</p> |
