PURPOSE:To effectively use the read time of working data and shorten the working time by a simultaneously performing the actual working based on working data and storage of this data during read of working data by a common buffer device. CONSTITUTION:A read interface I/F 10 sends data, which is read from a tape 2 by a reader 1, to a memory 13. The memory 13 constitutes a data file device 4 and a buffer device 8. That is, a part of the memory 13 is used as a buffer area 13A and a data file area 13B. Position adjustment of a cutting tool and driving of this tool itself are performed by a motor 14. Since the common buffer device 8 is provided, working data is inputted in block units and storage and working are simultaneously performed in each block unit.
