PURPOSE:To drive engines and to eliminate the running cost, by screwing a spring limitlessly into a strong spring and providing many strong spring units while further providing a special bearing handle, a special handle, a special pipe, etc. thus obtaining a motive device which keeps rotation permanently. CONSTITUTION:A core rod 1 is fixed with many drive wheels or discs 2 and braked by means of a threaded bolt 3. Then one end of a spring 15 where a spring is screwed limitlessly into a strong spring is hooked to a threaded bolt 4 or 5 and the other end thereof is hooked to a threaded bolt 11. Then it is rotated single time or many times in the direction of an arrow while being transferred to threaded bolts 12, 13, 14 by means of two pieces of pipes, so as to push the side of many small springs 23 by means of one pipe 24 thereafter brake is removed. Consequently, rotation occurs simultaneously and kept continuously. With such arrangement, engines can be driven, and when the scale is enlarged, a large generator can be rotated without requiring the running cost.
