PURPOSE:To contrive miniaturization of the title device by a method wherein the structure of the device is simplified by performing the mechanical switching of press- inserting and bending works automatically using a driving shaft, and the insertion of a coil bobbin and the installation of a pin terminal can be simplified. CONSTITUTION:The gear 18 arranged on the outer circumference of the title device is rotated by the rotation of the torque guard mechanism 2 provided on the driving shaft 1 of the title device, and the insertion of a pin terminal 25 into a coil bobbin 24 and the removal of the bobbin 24 are performed by vertically moving a press- inserting rack 6 using a pinion gear 5. The gear 23 on the outer circumference of an intermittent movement mechanism 3 is rotated by operating the mechanism 3 interlocking with the mechanism 2, and a pin terminal bending mechanism 30 is driven by the gears 8, 9 and the like which are engaged with the gear 23. The left-threaded shaft 10 of the gear 8 in the mechanism 30 is used for shifting of a bending metal fitting 14, and the right-threaded shaft 11 of the gear 9 is used for shifting of a bending metal fitting 13. Also, the change nuts 12, to be used for bending, provided on the metal fittings 13 and 14 respectively, the screws 10 and 11 are engaged with the respective nuts 12, and they are rotated in the opposite direction with each other.
