摘要 PURPOSE:To permit automatic correction of the outlet concn. of a concd. liquid and continuous concentration of the trace component in an aq. soln. by using reverse osmosis membranes in plural stages, passing a standard liquid for calibration in the route and providing a constant pressure type constant flow rate regulating valve. CONSTITUTION:The aq. soln. such as nuclear reactor water is passed through a filter 10 of the mesh size larger than the trace component contained therein and is boosted by a booster pump P up to the required pressure of the reverse osmosis membranes via a solenoid valve M. The soln. is thereafter controlled to a specified temp. by a cooler 16 and is then passed via a flow meter 18 through a reverse osmosis membrane unit 20, by which the soln. is treated. While the permeated water of the unit 20 is recovered via a flow meter 22, the concd. liquid of the unit 20 is regulated in flow rate by the constant flow rate regulating valve 24 and the concn. thereof is detected; thereafter, the soln. is recovered via a flow meter 26 as the concd. liquid. The standard soln. of a prescribed concn. is periodically passed through the solenoid valve M to calibrate the concn. of the concd. liquid. The outlet concn. of the concd. liquid is automatically corrected by using the regulating valve 24.
