摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the load follow-up performance, by finding the heating value of the coal from the ratio of the coal flow and the oxygen flow, as well as controlling a coal flow adjusting valve from the deflection between the actual load and the object load of a gas turbine, and controlling the opening of a fuel flow adjusting valve from the difference between the resultant heating value and the coal inherent maximum heating value. CONSTITUTION:The coal flow is found responding to the deflection computed by subtracting 3 between the actual load signal 1 from a gas turbine and the object load signal 2, and an adjusting valve 8 to adjust the coal flow to be fed to a gasification furnace is controlled depending on the deflection between the resultant coal flow and the actual coal amount 6. Furthermore, the deflection computed by the subtraction 3 is converted to the fuel flow, and a fuel flow control valve 15 to control the fuel flow to the gas turbine is controlled. In this case, the heating value is found at a function generator 21 from the ratio of the oxygen amount and the coal amount, and the control valve opening corresponding signal is computed responding to the deflection found by subtracting the resultant heating value and a heating value set value 22, to make a preceding control signal 24A. The preceding control signal 24A is added 25 to a control valve opening signal 15A, and the fuel flow adjusting valve 15 is controlled.
