PURPOSE:To distinctly select a class where the approximation error is reduced, by first short-circuiting a class of high throughput. CONSTITUTION:The whole of processing request models of classes holding secondary resources is decomposed into plural submodels, and each partial element is analyzed. The total sum value of throughout of each class in all submodels is obtained, and short-circuits of classes are cancelled in the order of the total sum value of throughput. Short-circuit of each class is cancelled in this order to obtain an objective approximate solution. Short-circuits of classes are cancelled in the throughput order to improve the precision of approximate solution.
