摘要 PURPOSE:To accurately measure the temperature of a black body part by measuring radiant energy from an optical transmission means except the black body part separately and subtracting it from the output of a photodetector. CONSTITUTION:Heat rays passed through the black body part 1, a sapphire rod 2, an optical connector 3, an optical fiber cord 402, an optical connector 5, and a lens 6 are photodetected by photodiodes 13 and 14 through a half-mirror 7, a mirror 8, interference filters 9 and 10, and lenses 11 and 12. Heat rays passed through a sapphire rod 21, an optical connector 31, an optical fiber cord 401, an optical connector 51, and a lens 51 are photodetected by photodiodes 131 and 141 through a half-mirror 71, a mirror 81, interference filters 91 and 101, and lenses 111 and 121. The outputs of the diodes 13 and 14, and 131 and 141 are supplied to a relational operation circuit 15 through differential amplifiers 200 and 201 and A/D-converted 16, and a microcomputer 17 accurately calculates the temperature of the black body 1.
