PURPOSE:To reduce errors in measurement due to variation in the temperature of fluid to be measured by setting the ratio of the resonance frequency of an acoustic vibration system which consists of a cavity, a cylinder body, and the fluid to be measured and the resonance frequency of a diaphragm to >=1. CONSTITUTION:The resonance frequency of a vibrator 10 as a mechanical vibration system is denoted as Fm and the resonance frequency of the acoustic vibration system 17 consisting of the cavity 14, an acoustic pipe 12, and the fluid 2 to be measured which is present in them is denoted as Fa. Principal parts are so constituted that the ratio of the resonance frequency Fa and resonance frequency Fm is >=1. Therefore, the vibration transducer constituted as mentioned above reduces errors in measurement due to the temperature variation of the fluid 2 to be measured and measures the concentration or pressure of the fluid 2 to be measured.
