PURPOSE:To rationally, achieve improvement in efficiency of a gas turbine by feeding, in a duct burner, a part of gas generated from a gasifier for gasifying biomass fuel, after washing it through a gas washing tower and heating high pressure gas supplied to the gas turbine by means of the dust burner. CONSTITUTION:Wood chips serving as biomass fuel are supplied from a wood chip hopper 12 to a gasifier 13 and gas generated here by pyrolysis is supplied to a combustor 15 through a duct 14. The gas is burned in the combustor 15 and high pressure air which flows in the air heater 16 from an air compressor 19 is heated to high temperature and high pressure air, by using this heat through an air heater 16 of a heat exchanger type, and this air is introduced to a gas turbine and used to generate power so as to drive a generator 21. And a duct burner 31 is installed in the outlet duct 22 of the air heater 16, then the high pressure air is heated moreover by combustion heat of the duct burner 31, into which the generated gas separated from the duct 14 is supplied as fuel through gas washing tower 32 and a gas compresser 33.
