PURPOSE:To make automatic conversion of compounding rates so as to save manpower and to improve working efficiency in a compounded fertilizer plant by patterning the information necessary for converting the compounding rates of products and preliminarily registering the same as conversion parameters in a computer. CONSTITUTION:The compounded product is constituted of general raw materials, premix raw materials, liquid additive raw materials and hand charging raw materials. The raw materials are half-fixed in factory unit and the tanks into which the respective raw materials are charged and the measuring instruments corresponding to the tanks are half-fixed as well. The information necessary for the conversion thereof are registered as the conversion parameters to the computer by a man machine input. More specifically, the kinds of the raw materials are patterned in order to discriminate the general raw materials, premix raw materials, hand charging raw materials, additive raw materials, etc. The raw materials codes, tank Nos., and measuring instrument Nos. are patterned in order to determine the measuring instruments. The ratios over the entire part of the premixes and the compounding ratios of fillers are patterned in order to correct the compounding rates of the premixes. The automatic conversion of the compounding rates of all the products or single product is thus permitted by the simple operation.
