CONSTITUTION:During an internal combustion engine M1 is operating, the fuel feeding amount responding to the operational condition of the internal combustion engine M1 is computed by using at least the suction pipe pressure P as a parameter, in a fuel feeding amount detecting device M3 to which a detected signal of an operational condition detecting device M2 is input. And a fuel feeding device M4 is controlled by the computed fuel feeding amount. When an exhaust gas recirculation condition is realized, an exhaust gas recirculation device M5 is controlled and a part of the exhaust gas is flown back to the suction system. In this case, the operational condition of the exhaust gas recirculation device M5 is detected, and when the operation of the device M5 is detected, the fuel feeding amount from the fuel feeding device M4 is corrected to reduce depending on the recirculation amount of the exhaust gas.
