PURPOSE:To eliminate high precision on the sizes of a wash and a guide pipe and to simplify a manufacturing process, by a method wherein the washer is locked by means of the stepped part of a guide pipe, and expansion processing is applied from the inside on a guide pipe part above the washer to lock the washer. CONSTITUTION:A stepped part 11 is formed to the outer periphery of a guide pipe 3' made of iron, and the stepped part 11 is locked through a washer 1 made of phenole resin. Expansion processing is applied in a position above the washer 1 and from the inside of the guide pipe 3', and the washer 1 is secured between an expansion part 12 and the stepped part 11. Therefore, there is no need for high precision on the inner size of the washer 1 and the outer size of the guide pipe 3'.
