PURPOSE:To miniaturize the titled device and to reduce the weight of the device by adopting a constitution in a way that a drive shaft is provided to the center of a drive shaft to both ends of which two turntables are fixed orthogonally to the shaft so as to convert the turntables at the angle of 180 deg.. CONSTITUTION:The mounting plate of a motor 6 is pushed down by the drive of a cam 12, the tip projection 6b of a motor shaft 6a is parted from a recessed part 1a at one end of a driving shaft 1, a shaft 5 is turned by the angle of 180 deg. to move the turntable 2 for an optical video disk upward and to turn a cam 12 in the opposite direction, thereby engaging the recessed part 1a and the projection 6a at a wide contact area and delivering the torque of the motor 6 to the shaft 1 surely. Thus, the two turntables are driven by one motor 6, the weight of the rotating part is reduced and the part is miniaturized, and the positional change is decreased even when the turntables are replaced.
